When a Picture Doesn't Say a Thousand Words

As I was finding pictures for my "2013 Monsters University Dissection" posts (part one; part two), I stumbled upon a picture of a Club Penguin screenshot from what appeared to be a video game, with a similar art style to Game Day for the Nintendo Wii.  Only problem is that, having completed all three C.P. video games one hundred percent through, I have never seen it before...

The picture in question comes from ClubPenguinBlog.Net, whose author Pensubycp received it from their friend Sniffybear2.  The post of origin was posted on March 27, 2013.

 And, that's it.  While Pensubycp speculates it is from a trailer, there is no confirmation of where it came from or what it is for.  It certainly looks real - if it is fan art, I'm blown away.

So, what is it from if it is real?  Well, as I said before it looks very similar to 2010's Club Penguin Game Day for the Wii.  Could it be the second Wii game (or maybe the first for the Wii U) in the Club Penguin series and the first EPF edition not on the DS?  Or could it be from something else entirely?

Keep in mind Spike Hike once said the C.P. Team wanted to expand their product onto every platform possible.  Given that (as far as we know) the Club Penguin Video Game Series does not have a deal with Nintendo to be only made on their products, could it make the first leap onto the Xbox 360 or upcoming Xbox One systems?  How about the Playstation 3 or the incoming PS4?  A game for the PS Vita is also possible.  And since the graphics look a little too sharp for the Nintendo DS (although it could be on there too), how about the 3DS?

But, stepping away from video game consoles, could it be from another app or in a My Penguin app update?  Or, could it be from an upcoming C.P. short or video?  The possibilities are almost endless.

Erm, Club Penguin, can we have a little info, please?  Pretty please, with some seaweed on top?
