Nowhere Left to Go (1/2) - Location is Everything

Is Club Penguin Island becoming to full of property?
Newspaper articles in the Club Penguin Times often say that there is a lot of wilderness that we haven't explored on the island.  But a quick look at the map suggests otherwise.

While there does appear to be some room left, if you look at the amount of space a location takes up in relation to the amount of empty space left, things don't look very good in terms of construction worker's job security.  Is there another side of the island we don't know about?

There is another problem as well.  Some rooms appear to have run out of room for new games and things.  Club Penguin could redesign them, but...

I've looked at all the Beta Team games and have tried to deduce where they'd go:

- Skyscraper: Dance Lounge
- Pizza Oven: Pizza Parlor
- Photo Puzzle: Dance Lounge or Club Penguin Times Office
- Snow Cone: Coffee Shop or Pizza Parlor
- Laser Command: EPF
- Solar System: EPF
- Space Trader: EPF
- Spin Maze: EPF
- Ice Jam: Dock, Beach, Cove, or Iceberg
- Yum, Yum, Yuck, Yuck: Pet Shop or Dance Lounge
- Fluffy the Fish: Ski Lodge
- Puffle Pop: Pet Shop or Dance Lounge
- Goalie: Stadium or Dance Lounge
- Icebergs: Ice Berg or Dance Lounge
- Puffle Bowling: Pet Shop, Puffle Hotel, or Dance Lounge

While there are a variety of places these games could go, usually the Team prefers not to clutter things, including games.

Finally, how do all of the penguin's igloos fit on the island?  Take away the fact there are servers on Club Penguin and remember that this takes place on one island.  How does that work out?
