Will the Superhero Party "Takeover" April?

Is Club Penguin dropping hints at this year's replacement for the April Fools Party?  Or is all not what it seems?
Just a few days ago, Club Penguin released a commercial for the new Puffle Hotel and Puffle Party.  In it, some people spotted a superhero at the beginning.  Here's a picture:

Then I noticed that next month's Club Penguin magazine in the UK is giving away a superhero costume and having a superhero issue next month:

So will the event take place next month?  I believe it is plausible because the event has already been confirmed by Polo Field and Spike Hike and Iron Man 3's release date is in May.  This would be the perfect thing to get people thinking about the movie and thus, Marvel (assuming they are involved).

However, there is also the fact that Polo Field said the party was in the early stages of planning in January 2013.  While I think around four months of planning is possible, could this imply it will come later this year, and not in the immediate future?

Is the "superhero" in the video merely a penguin shooting out of the Rainbow Puffle Cannon or is it merely a hint at a future month in the year?  Could the superhero item release only be a coincidence?  Stay tuned.
